Review | MUA Pro-Brow Kit

You have no idea how long it took me to find this product! I searched through so many Superdrug stores and they were always out of stock, but I kept my hopes up and found one at last. I have always wanted to try a brow kit as before the most I had done to my eyebrows was just filled them in with a pencil. Plus if you have read my blog for a while you are probably aware of how much I love MUA products!

The MUA Pro-Brow Kit has a light and dark eyebrow shade in so you can customise the right shade for you. It also contains a highlighter and a clear gel to set your brows. I fill my eyebrows in with the darker shade first and then mix in the lighter shade to make it slightly more toned down. My eyebrows are absolutely ridiculous but I am too scared to grow them out and start again! You can use the highlighter to conceal though, so I may have to give it a go. The clear gel is great for setting stray hairs and keeping everything in place all day.

I really like this kit from MUA, the colours are quite pigmented and the gel works well, it comes with a brush which I do actually use to apply the kit, a small pair of tweezers (pretty rubbish to be honest, sorry MUA) and a good mirror.

The MUA Pro-Brow Kit is £3.50 from Superdrug. Have you tried any eyebrow kits or can you pleaaaaase help me in my quest to have good eyebrows?!

Merry Christmas lovelies!

  1. I've been also looking for this and i'm hoping I will get it tomorrow! (finger crossed).
It looks so good for the money compared to the high end Eye Brow kits!
Love your blog btw, Rachael x
p.s just try and grow your eyebrows and then maybe get them threaded in your local Superdrug store, its only £5 and they shape them for you!

    2. I was so scared the first time and it does hurt but as time goes on it gets a lot less painful, and its so much easier as you don't have to worry about plucking your eyebrows all the time! xx

  3. Hello! love your blog, and you look super sweet in your profile pic :) This brow kit looks pretty good! I used a few MUA products myself, most I find is good apart from their eyeliner! Eyeliner I always return to Rimmel no matter how many different ones i try!!

Reading this post you seem to be struggling with your brows? I had the same problem but i just grew them back and started again! It was hell growing them but worth it in the end as its so much easier to handle now! I did a post a long time ago about my brows... if you wanted to see what products i used the link is this...

    1. Hi lovely, thank you for the really sweet comment, have just followed your blog too as it is great! MUA has some real gems, and obviously some that aren't as good.
I think I may try to grow them out, may be the only way to get them to a good shape and not so sparse!
      xx

  4. I really like MUA too and have been thinking about purchasing a brow kit. I use Bobbi Brown's Charcoal to fill mine in at the moment but something like this looks really handy for travel x

    1. It's quite compact for travel just not really sturdy. But it's good for on the go! Xx
